This white wine is fermented in French oak barrels of fine grain and roasted from selected grapes verdejo at its optimum point of maturity and sugar.
Breeding on lees for 7 months and subjected to a daily batonnage.
Bright straw yellow color and golden highlights. In the nose we find spicy tones, toasted vanilla, fruity tones and aniseed typical of the grape verdejo.
Of great sensation in the mouth that next to the point of acidity brings great freshness in the same one.
Phenomenal to consume with fish, seafood, rice, pasta, cheese, sausages and light meats.
