Straw yellow colour with greenish trimming. It is very expressive in the nose, floral and fruit bouquet, quince, pineapple and peach.
It is very broad and silky in the mouth, with a lot of volume and a very distinct acidity. It has a long and pleasant persistence.
Seafood, fish, vegetables, rice, pasta and tapas.
