White Nadir is a wine made of a native variety of grape, called cayetana.
The vintage grape es at night, so that the grape go in the wine cellar at a temperature not exceeding 20ºC.
The extraction of the most is realized in an inert atmosphere avoiding contact with oxygen so it makes all the flavors remain almost intact.
This young wine has bright tones with a slight yellow color, it brings aromas such as banana, pineapple, grapefruit, mango and slight hints of nuts.
The palate is fine, elegant, bold, showering it with flavors thanks to the pampared winemaking.
