This vermouth in sight is clean and bright amber and elegant coppery reflections. On the nose it displays a rich citrus aroma, obtained from both dry orange peel and ginger and cardamom. Balsamic, you feel the sweetness, memories of roasted caramel, green nutshell, light touch of cinnamon, aromatic herbs and red and yellow flowers. The gentian and wormwood stand out. In the end an elegant roasted bottom is perceived.
In the mouth it is silky and enveloping, it does not win neither sweet nor bitter, very good balance. It has character and lightness, magnificent combination, all the botanists appreciated in the nose, with wide aftertaste. In the end there is a rich and slight sweetness attached to the palate that together with its balanced acidity makes us savor and invites to a next drink.
Really good with cheeses, and white meats. An excellent aperitif or to match various dressings.
