All our wines have been specially selected from well established and reputable wineries with a long history and certified production methods. However, we are aware that until a bottle of wine is uncorked there is no way of knowing there could be a defect. Wine is alive and in constant evolution, reason why it can undergo alterations. Should you detect any anomaly, please let us know and we will proceed to replace it.
If you wish to return your order, we indicate below how to proceed depending on the case:
→ the product has some anomaly, has been delivered with some flaw or some of the items do not correspond to your order.
If you have detected anomalies or defects in the wine, either from the product itself or caused by transport, please contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements. When these damages are checked we will replace the faulty reference.
→ you want to cancel or modify the order and have not received it yet.
If your order has already left our warehouses and is in transit, you should expect to receive the delivery and must bear the return costs and send us the complete order in its original packaging. You can contact us by phone or email to indicate the shipping address.
The amount of the order will not be refunded but will remain as available balance in the store for future purchases.
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, you can make any changes, partial or total cancellations without additional charge for you.
→ you have already received the order and want to return it.
In compliance with current regulations, you can return the order within 14 days after receipt thereof, provided that the product has not been damaged or consumed totally or partially and the return is made in the original packaging.
