The Vegamar Merlot Selection wine is red garnet with a good layer, with intense aromas, red fruit, blackberries, balsamic, memories of new oak wood.
Its flavor is broad, dense, well structured. Tannin polished, good acidity and long in the mouth.
The vintage of the grapes merlot is realized taking advantage of the night to cut the oxidation process and lead them directly to the cellar where the destemming and pressing takes place.
CO2 is injected at -30ºC to cut out the oxidation of the must, then it is allowed to macerate for 3 days at 12ºC for once the fermentation begins to raise the temperature to 28ºC, so we get the sugar point and ideal color, thanks to our selection of yeasts.
You can taste this wine with rice and meat, duck and red meats.
