Red wine of raspberry-garnet color with slight ocher iridescence in a cup, clean and deep. The nose abounds ripe black fruits with a fine combination of noble woods providing sweetness and fragrance memories of pastry. Black licorice with red, mineral and low forest jelly beans
In the mouth the entrance is warm, friendly, clean and fine, but with persistent structure and very pleasant soft tannins, retake the frosty black fruits with the subtle cinnamon, vanilla and star anise.
It goes well with dishes based on red meats, roasts and game meats.
