Aroma: High aromatic intensity, marked by notes of freshly cut grass and fresh aromatics (fennel, sage), mimosa flower, white and stone fruit (pippin, apricot, medlar). Citrus grapefruit and orange peel. Very varietal
Taste: Harmonic and balanced. Persistent in the mouth and with light citric acidity that brings freshness. At the pace is tasty and intense with slightly bitter notes that appreciates the drink. After the aftertaste citrus and apple scent aromas reappear.
