Bodegas Allozo Centro Españolas
In 1991 the dream of three families was realized by creating Bodegas Centro Españolas, the first "Chateau" style winery in the region of Castilla La Mancha combining the most avant-garde technology with the traditional arts of our land in the elaboration of our Wine and Brandy .
Our Allozo project is based on an intensive work in the vineyards specially selected, by our winemakers and winemakers, to extract the essence of our different varieties and terroirs.
The elaboration and bottling in the cellar of all our Allozo wines to give place to Young wines, Crianzas, Reservas and Grandes Reservas, which will age in our 3800 oak barrels, where the wine will obtain the necessary maturity to finish in our bottle racks, where the proper balance of the Great Wines is achieved.
