Côtes de Beaune
The great white wines from Burgundy will go well with many fish, chicken or rice dishes, but they are best with oysters or shellfish
The Sauvestre family is from Meursault since the 18th century . The grandfather of Vincent Sauvestre was cellar master . When he took over the family business in 1988 , Vincent Sauvestre decides to develop this area , which currently operates forty hectares of vines in Chablis , Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. Vincent wants Sauvestre make this area the flagship of all these domains . Vincent Sauvestre invites you to discover its wines in their tasting room and sales in BEJOT & terroir wines in Meursault, on the RD 974 , just before the entrance of Meursault when you come to Beaune. You will find our best wines and can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Côte de Beaune.
