This garnet wine shows purple glints.It offers appealing deep aromas. A fruity nose of raspberry and redcurrant together with fine oaky hints from its six months ageing in barrels is present in reasonably balance.
On the palate, it is beautifully fresh and lively, with a slight acidity, and palatable tannins form the American oak round it out. In the aftertaste there are hints of liquorice.
