Deep cherry red colour with violet glints. The fruit stands out with black fruits such as blackberries, blueberries, etc., and noble woods that remind us of spices, cinnamon, cloves, and a touch of black pepper. A wine with weight, but delicate with a great presence of black fruits and liquorice, cocoa, toffee, with hints of pipe tobacco, cinnamon and vanilla in the aftertaste and a very long and balanced finish.
We recommend drinking at a temperature of between 16-18º.
Ideal with grilled meats and oily fish.
