Greek wine produced in Patras. The grapes are harvested in August and sun-dried before pressing. Normal fermentation takes place and is arrested by adding a small quantity of grape spirit, preserving the sugar content. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for a minimum of one year using a ‘solera' system.
The wine is harmonious throughout, with a strong mid-palate and a matching finish. It is mouth watering and makes you yearn for the next sip. There is no pretension here, just a beautiful balance.
