This rosé wine is made with grapes from the Bobal grape from vineyards situated on San Juan del Valle is located in the D.O. Valencia.The fermentation begins after the grape juice until it reaches an alcohol content of about 6º. When it comes to this point stops the fermentation by cold and lowering the temperature to -2ºC. What follows is a second fermentation until the grape must reach a graduation of close to 10º to stop the fermentation.In this way the wine gets its fine bubble and its characteristic sweetness thanks to the natural sugars in the grape juice that has not been fermented.To view presents an attractive pink color of raspberry tones, delicate appearance. The bubble is thin and graceful and is highlighted by the attractive brightness of the wine.The nose presents good intensity, stands out above all the aromas of red fruit and a jellybean, transmits the same freshness and joviality that is found in the visual phase.In the mouth appears alive, cheerful and sparkling, the carbon dioxide is fresh and becomes greedy in his step.
